Zach did call me today and the charges for extra miles is not a consideration for me today He was very friendly, and we discussed the various plans that are usually gone over each year by his staff- to make additions or deletions where necessary. Zach showed a caring attitude knowing what I had gone thru. Overall thru the years of service I have had with GSRA all my service calls have been met according to the outlined plan. I will continue with it..or upgrade as time goes. I thank Zach for the call today.
