The third call and speaking to a supervisor resulted in a 30 minute commitment. The return call came in about 15 minutes but promised service within THREE HOURS as they called someone in Gainsville.
Pathetic. I'm not sure you should change.
I finally limped mine a mile down the road to a truck tire dealer.
Should have done that in the beginning.
