I beg to differ. My mother always said your known by the company you keep. They should know who they have answering calls and what kind of attitude they have. One shot is all you get from me.
I was always told two things.....most of the time you have one chance to impress ..... And first impressions are the most important.... Now with that said , I agree that a return call was warranted , and that will happen today as it was later yesterday and had a meeting to get into....
