Seems a 2014 should be under manufacturers warranty. GS seems to excluded bolts breaking or working loose. Is everyone or anyone saying you damaged the step due to negelect?
How long is the step manufacture warranty? Has the coach manufacturers warranty expired. Hopefully one of the three will cover this. Looks like GS is out. They may help you as as a goodwill and marketing jesture. Need to find the actual cause of failure.
