I am very greatful for your assistance, I initially was a disenfranchised consumer, trying to get the; Service Center, Extended Warranty Company, the Component Manufacture, and the Coach Manufacture to get clarification. In the last couple of days I learned and I am impressed with the Good Sam Organization. I think it is outstanding that you have an open forum like this and that there is a place consumers can actually get assistance, I know it my not always end the way I hope it does but aleast I would know I tried and why. I have been a Good Sam member since 2012 I have purchased 2 RVs from CW, a new TT in 2012 and 2013 I traded up to my Motorhome. I am glad to be a Good Sam Member. Thank You again.
