How many databases exist for customer info? -UPDATE

One definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again, yet expecting different results. Maybe that should be the new GS motto?

Well, here it is 6 weeks AFTER the customer care team got involved to finally get my lifetime membership card mailed to me and still no membership cards. Really??? C'mon folks, this is not rocket science. Just as a reminder they were promised in 4-5 weeks, which was ridiculous to begin with.

So the first level (web contact form) failed. The second level (customer care team) failed. Who's on deck next? Marcus? Where are the cards physically printed? Maybe they're close enough that I can just drive over and spell my name and address for them.

I found 30 just on this GS forum with a casual look since last June. I didn't waste my time with all the other forum headings for CW and GS because that would be 30 too many already. You seem to have an issue with anyone posting anything negative even when it is warranted. I think CW is actually trying to work out their issues but this one seems to have them stumped or they have chose not to fix it. Assigning a membership number that works immediately and sending some cards to people (because producing one on the spot being beyond their technical prowess and economically unfeasible, Ha) strikes me as laughable for a company with profits of 2.5 billion dollars and the #1 retailer of everything RV in the world. Come to think of it, I saw where you complained about the same thing previously and then received 6 cards. I guess they really have a handle on this issue, huh?

30 in nearly a year...they probably sign up more than that in a single day, I would imagine. The issue I have with the constant negative posting of the same people each chance they get. Probably the same you feel about me be pro GS/CW and supporting them whenever I can and especially when it's due. And I never said they were perfect on the issue. We've discussed this in other threads that you continuously bash them and think you can do a better job. By all means email Marcus directly. Have him call you and give him your ideas of how he can make it better. Maybe he will listen to you.

But all 1.5 million don't participate here or signed up in the last 10 months. Your analogy is irrelevant and I didn't look very hard.
