I can sympathize with you. I put in a claim for a lightning strike a month ago and haven't even gotten the adjuster to look at the coach. Its too far for him to go he says. his supervisor is worse. she sent a registered letter saying that I didn't say there was burn marks so they probably wont pay me. They hadn't even seen the coach! the inverters are gone and I don't feel comfortable tearing into those things to see whats gone. They now expect me to pay for the shop to pull them apart so the adjuster can look at them. I have never seen such a lack of customer service in my whole life. Boy , talk about BAD FAITH ! Guess national general wont be surprised when I don't renew with them. I will be speaking with the insurance commissioners office real soon.
Contact Motor Home Magazine Hotline....they have been a tremendous help with extended warranty and dealer issues. I'm telling you these extended warranty people actually have people on the payroll to research loopholes on every claim submitted. CORNERSTONE UNITED was my worst nightmare.
