Life Membership packet.
I bought a life membership last summer, and after months of waiting, got my packet. Just a new membership card.....I was hoping to get a couple or more stickers for my rig, shame because I need new ones.

I bought a Life Membership about a week ago at one of your stores. Just curious how long it might take to receive any information and when my status here might be changed from Good Sam Member to Life Member.
I am just curious. I suspect it is in the works, but will take time. Especially with Christmas and New Years holidays.

To get your status (the icon on the left) to change you have to log out and then log back in. I have been a life member for about a year and about ever 3 or 4 months it changes back to regular member. As a matter of fact I had to do it today.
Not sure why they can't fix it as it has been mentioned as a problem multiple times.- Thanks for the suggestions. I logged out and back in, but it doesn't show as a Life Member. Not a big deal. Actually, a very small item that I suspect will be addressed in time. I received the cards, and that is more important.

That's odd. If I click on your profile it says life member. The log out/ log in trick always works for me.- Perhaps delete your history and cookies.
