Life Membership

I recently called to renew my Good Sam membership and upgrade to a life membership. I was offered the life membership for a good price and the gentleman took my credit card information and processed the order. The amount was debited to my Visa.

As of this time, (six weeks or more) I have not received my membership information and membership cards for my wife and I.

Can somebody get back to me?

    Thank you for taking the time to write in. I apologize, but I am unable to locate a Lifetime membership for you so what I would like you to do is give me a call at 1-800-416-7751 Extension 200 or you can write an email to me with the date of purchase, and who you spoke with if possible. This way I can help you to research this issue to get it resolved for you. I will be in the office for another 45 minutes or throughout the rest of the week.
