Hello harley-dave,
Thank you for contacting us about your issue. The email address on your Good Sam Club account has to match the email address on your RV.net account in order for the logo option to appear correctly. If they do match you need to log out, make sure to clear your cookies in your internet browser, then log out and log back in. You should then see the Life Member Tag.
