Lifetime Membership

On my profile the Life Member changed back to Good Sam RV Club Member. Can anyone help me figure this out? and now its fixed again.

How do I change the Good Sam RV Club Member to Life member on my profile?

vetdame, I see your Profile has you as a Life Member but your postings do not. Are you using a different email address to access the forum than is on file with Good Sam?

HELP! I became a Life Member in May, but GS logo just says Member. How do I make the correction? I bought it as a military veteran and proudly display the Life Member decal (which I paid for) and the military decal (FREE for the asking at Camping World, USA & Canadian versions) on my 5th wheel. I was surprised the Life Member decal didn't come with the NEW membership card, as my original decal did.
