Membership Cancelled - Still Waiting on Refund

Amazing how when companies get so big, that their customer service goes right out the window. My sister-in-law was just here from Colorado and she and her daughter started a business there. They have been going around and around with Comcast because they are trying to bill them for the previous business pastdue internet bill. They even still have the account in the name of the last business, even though they signed up under their new name. She is about to pull her hair out.
