Membership Cards
I recently re-upped my Roadside Assistance. I got the confirmation letter, but never got new membership cards.

- That happened to me last time. I called in several times. No luck. I waited about six months and called again. Got a rather nasty person who insisted they had been sent out. Hmmmmm. She sent them again. I got them that time. . . two sets in fact.
I just reread your post and see that you were talking about roadside assistance. Mine were the Good Sam Club cards. Make sure you keep your letter with you showing your coverage in the meantime.
