Membership couldn't be confirmed?

I tried to select my magazine preference but Good Sam site said it couldn't confirm my membership. I have also not received any paper work, discount coupons, membership card or Pilot gas card. I paid to join Good Sams at Camping World on 12-21-14. We have no Pilot/Flying J station nearby but may pass some while on upcoming vacation. I wold like to get this resolved soon. Thanks for any assistance.

  • That is nothing new with CW. I have been a life member for decades, way before the present folks bought the company and I still get the same BS about every other time I go into the store, as late as the past year. The cashier not only told me that they could not confirm my membership, but made a call while I stood there and then said I did NOT have a membership. Left about $75 worth of merchandise on the counter and left. Have NOT been in a CW since that day, even tho the so called rapid response team here said it was corrected. Screw me once shame on you, do it twice or more, shame on me. There will NEVER be another time.
  • I had a similar issue when I joined. I seem to recall I called and was able to get a temp membership card in the interim.
