Membership Renewal Problems

Had a problem renewing membership from classic to deluxe. After about 2 weeks of waiting called member services. The first two people must have been new. Not going to bash anyone but their answers to resolve the problem were so far from reality it was awful and I felt like they were just in a hurry to get me off the phone.

Called back again and spoke with Teneesha. What a world of difference. After two phone calls and an email she was able to resolve the problem within a few hours. Her help was great. Please give her a well deserved pat on the back.
