Membership Renewal $25 merchandise certificate?
So, recently I renewed my membership, and since I did a 2 year renewal, I received a $25 merchandise certificate. I found some stuff I needed and tried to locate my certificate, but apparently in the furor of relocating my office, the certificate was lost.
I called your Customer Service and spoke with Jeff, who advised me he would email his supervisor and somebody would get back with me and re-issue my certificate.
Nobody got back with me. I went to the Good Sam site and sent a message to "Contact Us" to follow up. Still no reply.
I realize it's my fault for losing the certificate in the first place, but hey, can't you cut a guy a break? At least send me an email telling me what is going on? I mean, I would love to spend some money at CW, but this is holding me back.
