Insurance companies sometimes don’t pay out like they should. I always thought NG was a cut rate company but appears they are not.

Will the dealer file the claim for you? What evidence have you provided that it’s damaged? How did they verify the damage before rejecting the claim?
Could be more to the story or could be a bum adjuster trying to screw yoU.
