New Swipe & Save Life Member Cards

We received our cards today. On one is a sticker that states "Register your membership today at GoodSamClub.com/registeronline".
When I try to get to the website I get an error that shuts down Internet Explorer. In the first place since I am a Life Member and have been for 17 years, why do I need to register?

    You don't, they are just encouraging you to sign up and use the online benefits available to members.
