I am sorry for your problem but not surprised. The basic business model for extended "warranty" sellers is to find a way to not pay a claim. Compound that with Good Sam's business model of trying to take advantage of the customer at every opportunity especially if it means more money for the company, and you have the outcome you are now experiencing.
