I just had Sears customer service refer me to MTD and Troy Bilt for repairs to a Craftsman router. MTD and Troy Bilt manufacture gas powered equipment. A second customer service referred me to two independent operators, one that repairs fridges and the other repairs small gas engines. Sharp like marble!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
