Abysmal customer service exists across the full spectrum of business enterprises, national, international or multinational. Are you implying that the larger the business venture the more leeway there should be as regards "good" customer service? There are lots of examples of poor customer service however, CW is one of the very few that provides a forum for their customers and RV enthusiasts. Most, if not all, of the other "privately owned" enterprises do not take on that risk.
