No response to membership card calls

I joined good sams back in July. I didn't have any problem getting my membership card, however I signed up for trailer life magazine and have not received one yet. I have called several times and was told they are quarterly issues. I that is true I should have gotten one sometime in October. Is there any way I can get the magazines sent to me?

Too you, you are just telling it like it is. Too the rest of us you are a "cronic" complainer that has nothing "good" to say about anything. Why don't you take about a 1yr. break and see if you can get a better attitude? JMHO :Z

This is the first time I have written complaint here..ever...but after today it may seem I am a chronic complainer too. I have yet another complaint to voice and then I'm done. If the "team" doesn't care enough to try to help then I will not post here again because it will seem that they have the same attitude as the customer service rep I talked to earlier.
My last complaint is that I have been trying to use Trip Planner for the first time (which I have read good things about). I am finally retired and plan to do some traveling with no time constraints this Winter/Spring and have tried to use the Planner. Can't get past first base??? I have logged in and out and rebooted and all the things suggested on forum and it won't even get me to my first point "A" to point "B". It says "sorry, unable to calculate a route between points". What? Anything I ask it to do it can't do? It is just crazy. I don't know what to think about it. What could I be doing wrong?

Anyway, now that I really need these things for trip I'm planning nothing works and nobody seems able to help. This is why I'm frustrated. Hitting walls everywhere I turn last few days and it all goes back to GS websites and people. So I'm done. It is what it is.........

I, too, am extremely unhappy right now about several things. I pay a lot of money for my Good Sam Club and Roadside assistance. I have just been on the phone # 1-866-205-7451. I was on hold for 25 minutes with hideous music screeching (managers please call the number and listen to it for 5 minutes)If you weren't already irritated you will be.... Anyway. I don't even have a good Sam Club card (I have Roadside Assistance card). The woman that finally answered the phone was very rude. She said it would be 6 weeks before I would get one. Why do I have to request one? It should have been sent when it was renewed.

The other Issue I have is that my GSC is in my husbands name and has MY email and username and won't let me change it to my name even though it says if I want to change it to call that number. The rude woman that I talked to said it was already changed but it isn't because when I log it still says Welcome James.

Third issue: When I go in to edit my password hint word. Which is nothing that would give me a hint of my password. I tried to change it and it says that another user has my display name and I can't change password hint. That is crazy because that is what is there in that place: Example

Confirm: She777@gmail.com

Display name: littlemo

Password: **********
Confirm: **********

Password hint: xxxxxxxxx

The very rude woman I talked to kept telling me I had to change my display name which is my name I have had on the forum and everything related to GS for several years. I don't want to change this. That is just crazy.

I never got my card either. Luckily only one or two campgrounds threw a fit about it but them looked me up in their computers.

My RV will be sold before I see the card I guess.

I have read about people not getting their new member ship cards. I always get a new one just a while before my old one expires. The new one is with my expiration notice. I send in my dues and that makes to new card good, if I fail to send the dues the new card would not be good till dues are paid.
It's been that way since 1996.

I sincerely apologize that this happened. I see your last set of cards was requested the 24th of October and as Nate stated it can take up to 4 weeks to receive.
