No response to membership card calls

I paid to renew my membership 6/12/14 and received a temp card good for 60 days. Since then I have called Good Sam 2 times and gone over my mailing address. Each call brought me an apology and an assurance that my card would be in the mail and I would receive it within 10 days. I still do not have a card. Has this been a problem for anyone else?
