I, too, am extremely unhappy right now about several things. I pay a lot of money for my Good Sam Club and Roadside assistance. I have just been on the phone # 1-866-205-7451. I was on hold for 25 minutes with hideous music screeching (managers please call the number and listen to it for 5 minutes)If you weren't already irritated you will be.... Anyway. I don't even have a good Sam Club card (I have Roadside Assistance card). The woman that finally answered the phone was very rude. She said it would be 6 weeks before I would get one. Why do I have to request one? It should have been sent when it was renewed.
The other Issue I have is that my GSC is in my husbands name and has MY email and username and won't let me change it to my name even though it says if I want to change it to call that number. The rude woman that I talked to said it was already changed but it isn't because when I log it still says Welcome James.
Third issue: When I go in to edit my password hint word. Which is nothing that would give me a hint of my password. I tried to change it and it says that another user has my display name and I can't change password hint. That is crazy because that is what is there in that place: Example
