Hello, I am a new member and called the center for help signing in to print my cards, while I waited 4-6 weeks for the real ones. The operator asked me why I wanted to sign in, (strange question) but I told him. He then began to tell me I did not need to do that as my cards will be mailed to me....ok...I'm thinking first of all, I still need help signing in and I want temps for 4-6 weeks til the others arrive.Any way, I told him I know this but I want the temps while I'm waiting, so I need to sign in......All I heard was a click and he was gone. :SI wish I would have remembered his name. I called right back with in seconds and as soon as I was back in I que I heard somebody pick up and click....again....hmmmm really? :MI called back a third time and Nicole answered and I asked if she could see who I was talking to 2 minutes ago and she hesitated and said no.....ok the guy gets off this time. Nicole helps with no issues and I'm off.I really hope this guy is not the kind of Nimrod I can expect when I'm in the middle of no where with a real issue. :RGregFlagstaff, AZ

Put them on your smartphone. Paper cards are becoming obsolete.

Yes, there are a few who have posted a complaint for the most minor of issues, but there have been some who have posted about horrendous problems that would have never been solved without this access to the high level management. While it does seem that Camping World is starting to share the same phenomena that plagues Walmart (the company everyone loves to hate), it also seems that most of the problems posted on here that did take high level management to solve should have been solved at the store level.

I couldn't count the number of times my chin or cheek has dialed, muted, put on hold or hung up. About the only way I can be sure I won't is to hit the button that blacks the screen once the call has been started. Won't even go into the hazards of a call center with a new phone system or new employee using it.

I would rather there be a forum here to post the good, bad, and ugly. There is no perfect business in America, some employee's have bad days just like the rest of us do. I can tell you I would rather do business with a place where I can air any issue, sometimes I may be in the wrong (Don't tell my DW that), and there are times the business gets it wrong. I never thought much about my ERS, until I needed them and they were not there. It was not GS, but one that starts with the 3rd letter of the alphabet. They do not have anywhere to dispute or complain, and calling them gets you no where. I have PM'ed 2 of the Mod's here with questions, and they were answered. At least here if a PM does not work, I can post it and get some kind of response.
I would also like to see a resolution, but it should be up to the OP to give it, not GS. Some folks will post in the public forum, but don't want the outcome known, and I am good with it. I am sure if the outcome was not satisfactory there would be another post on it.

Petty bold for a supposed pastor to call out someone they have never met as unethical. Isn't there a line in scripture along the lines of "judge not, lest you be judged?" BTW, isn't telling people they will go to hell if they don't follow the 10 commandments or some other religious doctrine threatening people, trying to force them to change their ways? Does that make preachers unethical under the definition you used to claim I was behaving unethically?

I think the forums do work and you must too or you would not be visiting them and offering comments. Unfortunately, forum rules generally prohibit or restrict manufacturers or companies to post responses to concerns.

I said it, and I get to say what ever I want, as long as it is not slander, of profanity, and that comes directly from Marcus. The forum rules don't apply in the Dear Marcus forums. and just because I visit them doesn't mean they work. I don't know where manufactures, and companies came from in my quote, but manufactures, and companies are allowed to post one rebutted reply. So there!

I have clashed horns with WRVPO more than once in the past, but in this case, I don't think he is blindly supporting Good Sam, but rather, providing a business mans side of the issue.

His sarcasm sometimes over rides his message and will put a "burr under your saddle."
