Paid at CW Dont have member number
How can I find my member number? I paid for membership at CW in March, can't find my member number anywhere

We have been waiting since August to receive our permanent card. Twice we've been told it was sent. We have received other communication (and our CW gift certificate) but still no card. I've printed temp cards but would like a 'real' card. Just about to request a refund and forget them.
