Dear Heapie,
in reading your previous posts, it is clear that you are pre disposed to overnighting in
'free parking lots', to disposing of your trash in other business dumpsters.
I would like to educate you on that practice. While overnight parking may be permitted on a personal property, disposal of waste solid or liqud is within the rights of the property owner to permit or deny such.
To dispose of waste on anothers property without permission is 'theft of service'.
Please review your waste disposal practice, so that you are not in contravention to law and EPA guidelines governing waste disposal.
