Thank you DownTheAvenue.
Yes, My presentation was a bit poor. Here is the reason why I made it. There are many different RVers from different backgrounds and different reasons for RVing. Mine is simply economics. I am 77 and retired from the Inn business. Because of economic reasons, my wife and I sold our Inn in 2012 when I was in my 70th, and for less than we could of gotten in 2005. This has left less to retire on.
At my wife's urging, I sold my boat and purchased a used Roadtrek. I am one of those RVERS who wants to travel and attack my Bucket List. In order to do this, I am willing to travel in tighter living conditions. I also have no desire spending nights in noisy campgrounds at high rates, and willing to accept parking at businesses who realize Tha RVERS are customers. I have never parked at a business for a night without permission, purchasing something at that business, and leaving in the morning the business cleaner than what I found it. (The sad thing is that I am not always alone. Many of the other people are sleeping in cars which may be their homes.) The last night out was a Cracker Barrell in Rhode Island. The meal was great as well as the service.
Because of this, I am always trying to keep open opportunities to park, and not loose them due to local ordinances and attitudes.
