If Camping World did in fact restrict any RV except those purchased from them (not yet proven true) I would no longer shop there. Ditto for Cabelas, Walmart, and Cracker Barrel for example.
I have no reason to shop (or eat) at these stores unless they have some sort of potential for me personally. I remain a customer at each of the 4 names companies because of the single fact they do often allow RV's to stay on their property overnight.
