My card seems to only work sporadically, so I did call and I did mention it in a post here. Specifically that there should be a booklet showing which stations were "participating" not all do.
A few weeks later I got just such a booklet in the mail.
But does my card work at all of them? NO. The staff at the stations know little or nothing about them. And it seems that if you pay inside it almost never works. (I never pay at the pump because of the high holdback on the card.)
So I think the OP is doing the right thing here. However I agree that calling should be the first step. (although it did me no good)
Ask that they send you a copy of the "Flying J/Pilot RV Location Guide"
