I hope this helps to clear up some confusion and misstatements. It sounds as almost everyone is getting the discount at Pilot Flying J. If you feel there are reasons your membership card is not working, we are happy to look into the problem for you. Please call member services at the number listed on your card.
The vast majority of the 660+ PFJ locations honor discounts to GS Club members. Those independent dealers (about 15%) are NOT required to honor the discount.
You can get a list of participating locations via a print directory at PFJ stores, through a link on Good Sam Club website or through the PFJ mobile app.

Does it work at truck lanes?
Yes, the RV Plus Charge Card can be used at the truck diesel lanes. And, when you use the RV Plus Charge Card you will always receive your discount off the cash price!
WHY DO WE SAY “SELECT” PILOT AND FLYING J LOCATIONS?
We say "select locations" for 2 reasons:
1. The state of Wisconsin does not allow fuel discounts due to state law.
2. Pilot Flying J has "dealer" locations, which are locations they do not own. As such, these locations can choose to "opt out" of the discount programs. Dealer locations are only required to give the discount for diesel at the truck diesel lanes and only for transactions started at the pump. Dealer locations do not offer discounts on gasoline and do not accept the cards in store.
All of the approximately 100 dealer locations are denoted in the RV Location Guide and also on the Pilot Flying J mobile app.
The RV Location Guide will show you exactly where the discount is accepted. You can pick up a printed copy at a Pilot or Flying J location.
Read the Swipe & Save Membership Card FAQs and the RV Plus Charge Card FAQs to find answers to questions like:
Why am I seeing a “please see cashier” message at the pump?
Does the card offer the “start the pump” feature?
Why does the pump have different cut off limits based on the card I’m using for payment?
How do I pay my RV Plus Charge Card balance?
With all due respect to Mr Siemens and the poster.
The above is precisely the problem.
Too many different cards, Too many different levels of discounts, Too complicated and too "dense", too many rules and exceptions.
Get Smart: One Card. Give everyone the same discount. Make it work reliably at all pumps at ALL participating stations. Get the Staffs trained. This is not rocket science. It's a discount card working over a computer network that rarely if ever has a problem processing your payment. Only the discount.
