Pilot Gas Pumps Not Discounting

Had two Pilots last fall that said you had to go inside to get the discount, wouldn't give it at the pump. Frustrating to have to walk inside, but discount was worth it. And I mentioned it here, was told I was wrong. Don't expect anything to happen.

Complain to the store manager.....after checking the pump for any instructions about that. They can give you the discount inside after you pump.

THEN.....complain to the company. Look for a phone number on the door, around the pumps or look them up on the web.

If anything is posted about the discount and it does NOT happen, then that is fraud.

At one time, they said that some stations were independently owned and were not required to give the discount.
