Pilot J Discount Not Working

At the Pilot J in Salinas, CA, I swipe my credit card then my "loyalty" GS card as prompted but receive no discount on the price. This is in the regular gas line, not truck lanes. If I go into the store and let them know, they give me cash back for the discount but say they don't know why it doesn't work at the pump.

Any ideas?

    It works some places and not others.

    And it is NOT because of ownership of the stores in question because, in the cases where I've had it fail, the stickers were right on the pumps with a picture of the Good Sam card.

    I have complained about this on HERE before and got a little bit of attention but NEVER GOT ANY ASSURANCE THAT THE PROBLEM WAS FIXED at the station I complained about. And I haven't been back to check it.

    So....I suggest that when it says "see your receipt" for your discount, DO THAT because there is good chance that there won't BE any discount. Then complain to the manager of the station while getting your discount in cash. Then complain to the Pilot office directly. Given my experience, nobody at CW/GS knows who to contact at Pilot/J to really get the issue fixed.

    I still think this is intentional fraud on the part of somebody at Pilot/J because they know that most people won't print out a receipt and do the math to verify.

    And once.....JUST ONCE.....I would like to see an actual resolution to ANY complaint leveled here against CW, posted here. An actual fix, mind you, not some kind of bribe to shut you up (which is what I got).

    P.S. The first time I complained, my card failed to produce a discount at EVERY station. That was resolved when it was discovered that my GS card had never been "activated". Now it works at some but not others.
