Platinum membership required for motorhome service?

That's a good point, since I'm probably not the only GSR customer on here that has already renewed for several years in advance at the old service rate/plan.
I've got a lot on my plate right now, and so I may not be able to contact customer service for a few more days. I'll certainly post up the results of the contact, when I get a chance to pursue it.
