National General aka GMAC SUCKS! When they were GMAC I had good experiences with them, now they jacked my rate on my 04, never sent anything letting me know my rate was changing. What's up with this? I have full coverage. Shouldn't that cover everything? When I first got GMAC insurance on my Salem it covered everything, had full timers/home owners insurance on the coach, then they change their name and it appears they only care about increasing your rates, and their service is the pits. Is there any other insurance company out here in Central CA that can do a better job? I am fed up! Thank you.
