Recurring Roadside yearly bill.

I will not be renewing because you only offer the tow plan for $119.00 ONLY IF YOU AGREE TO SUBSEQUENT YEARLY AUTO CHARGES, otherwise it is more. I don't agree to recurring charges on any product. If you can offer the service only when you leave a credit card on file, it costs you no more to renew on a credit card each year when offered. It's not a matter of retention as I have been with the service for over ten years.

    Canceling is your right but you are out of touch with the way business is done in today's world. Ranting on CW for what DirectTV, Apple. SirusXM etc. etc. do is unfair.
  • I could have used RSA once in 30 years, so I will never pay for it. That time it cost me $200 for a tow.
    If you don't need help changing tires (or even if you do) then you should seriously consider just banking the money. If you do need help and don't have RSA, a simple call to any local towing co. or tire store will get you help - maybe faster than some provider looking for the cheapest route.

    I agree, I do not want my credit card on file with any business for "auto" renewal.

    Email the renewal notice, keep your rates down. Why do you continue to raise rates for loyal customers?

    Especially for those who have been customers for a long time and have not used this service. This service is for peace of mind "in case of emergency", but many customers, including me, have only used it one time in years.
  • For every person who refuses to sign up due to those terms there are probably a dozen renewals that otherwise wouldn't happen should they be required to actively approve that renewal. I admit I am one who doesn't bother shopping around on minor expenses should the service renew automatically but might if I had to be proactive.
