Renewal solicitations need expiration date

Question

Hi GS.

If you want me to respond to your solicitations to renew, think about telling us when it expires.

Otherwise they'll keep landing in the shredder until I get one saying "expired".

Realistically I think your marketing team has done the math and you gain more from premature renewals than you lose on all the repeated postage.

I have done the math on my side and it's your paper and postal meter. :W

Thanks for that, I will look when I get back to where the card is. I'm suggesting it would be nice to print on the offer "expires (date)". That would be customer friendly.

PS I looked at my account online and could not find expiration date either.

Good Sam, AARP and others all like to start sending renewal notices several months before your renewal date. It allows them to use your money.  They all go in the shredder.
