Where is the description of services included in Road Side Assistance for Truck Conversions. Is tire replacement included in Road Side service?

There is a current discussion on the class Road service (HDT's) on the Escapee's forum boards as one person found out that Good Sam Roadside will not tow him and Coachnet will not accept a truck that still has tandem rear axles, not even sure about tire service.
