road side assistance

It is the same run around when calling and complaining as I paid my bill then receive a notice that it is due I have the new card and the check was cashed and when we call get a runaround thinking about dropping it and going back to something else, you would think after 8 years and never using it at least they would check on the payment and not keep yelling that it is still due.

  • What I want is not to be removed from the mailing but to have GSRA tell me that they made a mistake and that i am payed up to the 4/29/2018 that is on the card and not give me the run around when i called them and was told that it runs out on 4/29/2017 as I have payed them if they don't want to do that they can refund the money and I'll get it thru my insurance.

    Another issue, if you have the "Travel Assist plan" through Good Sam and need to use the policy be sure when you call to tell them specifically the name of the Plan you have. When I 1st called I was told that my policy was NOT IN EFFECT and they had no policy with my name. I called the GS customer service and they called and the company back east and straighted out the problem.

    Mass mailings are sometimes done in way in advance.
    IT IS A COMMON occurrence with most subscriptions.
    Sirius does it, Insurance companies do it etc.
    If you paid ignore the erroneous billings and enjoy your life instead of letting the little things upset you so.
