Same here too. They actually sent me the coupon addressed to me for the discounted price. :S

And when I called in for my renewal they said sorry, that coupon is NOT to thank you for being a member for 10 years.....nope that's only for new customers. :R

IMHO, JMHO they loose so many long standing members with their p poor direct advertising mail they have to do something to get new ones.

It's pretty darn sad they don't have a 20th century data base so they don't mail fraudulent renewal notices and worthless coupons to an existing current long time member.

Almost every Company out there offers discounted rates for new customers, GS is no different. If you search this forum you are not the first to point this out, and I doubt you will be the last.
