Service Plan is worthless and not worth the money.
We purchased our service plan when we purchased our RV at CW. Although we asked several times after we closed the deal what was actually covered in the service plan, no one could or would explain. We should have looked it over and asked before we purchased but we didn't. The finance guy told us our RV was covered bumper to bumper, so we assumed it was everything for the three years we purchased the plan for.
We have issues with the RV and when I read the agreement for the SP it turns out that the ONLY things that are covered is the slide out motors, A/C unit, and major electrical parts. And even the major electrical parts that are covered is a very small list.
We paid an excruciating high amount for this service plan and we get no coverage like we were told by the finance guy. In the end we get nothing and even when I called the underwriter I was told by them that we agreed when we signed the papers regardless if we understood it or not. She was right, but they were and are no help.
STAY AWAY FROM THE EXTENDED SERVICE PLANS THEY OFFER YOU. THEY ARE NOT WORTH THE MONEY AND DON'T COVER MUCH OF ANYTHING.
