I think you should be more concerned with this;

Any piece of equipment that leaves me stranded 3 times for the same thing is likely to leave my possession soon or either your faith in the Harley dealer being the only one who can diagnose and repair the problem is greatly misguided.
The GSRA people tried to give you exactly what you paid for and you rejected it. It pays to read the fine print.
