apologized for their mess up and told me she would send me 1/2 of my yearly rate to make up for their mess up...
On Fri 4/18/14 I received a check for $18.10. A joke?
You should be embarrassed and ashamed to send $18.10 after all the trouble you caused me.
I used to think highly of GSRA and direct friends to
you because of the "GOOD" service. Not so much now.
PS, I hope $18.10 didm't break the bank...
