Standby Sams program
Well, after several years of being on the Standby Sams List, I received a call to help out a fellow RV'er.
Without giving too much personal information, I was called and ask to lend a hand with moving an RV so the owner could take pictures as they had a death in the Family.
My Buddy, a Full Timer went with me and we were able to help out in both moving it and showing how to operate it.
As we were leaving the Owner offered and said that they wanted to give us something for coming. We both looked at them and said No, that is why I joined the Standby Sams program. I then explained to The Owner that to me this is what the Good Sam Club is all about and that I believe in Pay It Forward.
I also, told the Owner to call me if there was any way that I could be of any more assistance.
Being able to do this made me Proud to be a Lite Member of Good Sam!
