Thank you for the post tkinrade. We apologize for any confusion regarding the Good Sam Roadside Assistance benefits.
Your Good Sam Roadside Assistance membership does not recommend, provide or coordinate tire repair services. Good Sam’s primary concern is the safety of our members, their traveling companions, and RV.
If we receive a call requesting service for valve stems your Good Sam Roadside membership does provide benefits for the delivery and replacement of faulty valve stems and valve cores. Members are responsible for the costs associated with parts, dismounting/mounting and replacement labor the same as they would be in a shop. Good Sam covers the cost of the service call and mileage.
