Using new membership card for fuel discounts

Question

Since we can't use a credit card at the truck diesel pumps at Flying J in order to get the discount do we show the Swipe & Save card to the clerk when we leave our credit card in order for the pump to be turned on? Will we get the 3 cent discount from our total charge?

I know cards will work at the RV pump stations but have never been able to use them at the truck pumps.

I just put in my regular credit card and then the pump asks me for my discount card. I insert the swipe and save and there's the 3 cent off.

I don't think you have to leave it at the cashier's desk.

yes, you will have to show them the card and ask for the discount if you fuel at truck islands.  Pain in the you-know-what. In some states we have found that the they designate 2 islands in the truck diesel area for RV's and have pumps there that will accept the cards. Kudos to those stations!  More stations needs this option.

Since they killed off pump start (dumbest move ever) that is your only option other then signing up for the net 15 fueling account.
