I guess I look at The Good Sam Club a little differently... I look at it as a club, a place where members group together giving us a bigger voice than just one... A Club is a place to share ideas, solve problems and yes maybe as a group we get a few discounted services or merchandise... I think the bigger our Club gets, the greater voice we will have... This is my opinion of the Good Sam Club...
As far as the service you got from the ERS, that is not the norm... and I would too be upset, dissatisfied and have to think twice to renew. But I would give the ERS a chance to make it right... I also buy equipment and products from more than Camping World, but I do compare prices... As far as renewing your membership, you will have to decide that... I think you get out of a Club, what you put into it...
