The Spark electrode. So, you need a new main control board, but if someone has accessed the main control board and did NOT hold the Piezo Ignitor on the board secure, when pulling the spade terminal loose, it can pull the solder connections loose and the ac signal from the spark electrode to the Piezo tower will not be transmitted to the control board. Take the cover off the control board and see if the Piezo ignitor black tower moves or has any play when you wiggle it. If so, you can remove the board and resolder the 4 spots on the bak of the board and save the cost of a new board. Doug
