1985 Tidwell Silver Eagle on Chevy P30 Repair Questions

I need your expertise to help me get my beloved 1985 Tidwell Silver Eagle Class A motorhome back up and running after a recent break-in. The interior of my motorhome is beautifully updated and it was in perfect working condition until the thieves stole all of my batteries, as well as my ignition keys from my nearby home.
But don't worry, I've taken steps to ensure that the thieves won't be coming back by installing a deadbolt on the RV's door. Now, I need your help to get the engine started again. I've purchased two large capacity deep cycle batteries and one big cranking battery to replace the ones that were stolen, and I've also got a new key cylinder for the dashboard.
Although I have a basic understanding of household electrical and basic 12 V DC power, I'm new to vehicle mechanical systems and could use your expert guidance in reconnecting the engine starter battery and replacing the key cylinder.
