1997 American Dream exhaust tip and tail pipe extension

On our 1997 American Dream we lost our Exhaust tip on the way home from the Hot Rod Reunion.

The tail pipe extension out of the muffler needs to be replaced as well (rust).

Would like it to be as close to stock as possible.

Any help?
