- WILDEBILL308Explorer IIAll off the shelf parts. Right out in the open to. Spray the bolts on the clamp with PB Blaster penetrant before you start.
Bill - CarlGeoExplorerA few years ago I had a problem with my CAT diesel exhaust pipe and tip. Went to a local full service muffler shop and they bent a 5 inch dia. exhaust pipe as required and installed a chrome tip that matched the original.
Suggest you try a good muffler shop, and I would be very surprised if they cannot fabricate and install exactly what you want.

- WILDEBILL308Explorer IIFirst you need to find out what diameter it is. Go to nearly any parts store especially a store dealing with diesel pickups. They should have a variety of tips and exhaust pieces. Just find one that looks like the one you had or better.

On our 1997 American Dream we lost our Exhaust tip on the way home from the Hot Rod Reunion.
The tail pipe extension out of the muffler needs to be replaced as well (rust).
Would like it to be as close to stock as possible.
Any help?
Spartan chassis? If so, give Spartan a call and see if they have the items in stock (they have exhaust tips on their website https://www.rvchassisparts.com:8443/aparvchassis/runApp?id=5 or have access to a supplier.
Safe travels.
It is on a Gillig chassis, I have called them, they cannot find a diagram for it. They are still checking. - tinkererExplorerSome of those tail pipe extensions are a product of the coach manufacture. You might call Fleetwood, if they don't have it they might give you some advice. I have been pleased with the service techs from Fleetwood;)

Safe travels. - jwmIIExplorerI doubt that your normal muffler shop pipe bender would bend a 4 or5" piece of tubing. Try a truck stop or a large truck accessory store. They are handling more and more of that kind of chrome and dressup items.
